Tony was the 2022 Rookie of the year and won himself an every day job playing RF. In an injury plagued 2023 season he saw his batting average drop 100 pts and his stolen bases fall back to 0. “Guy played hurt for us all year, if we want to talk numbers you can see that his walks and strikeouts were the same and his extra base hits were nearly the same. So he saw the ball just like he did in 2022 he just didn’t execute, its all related to injury problems and Tony is going to be real good for us in 2024” McInnis said. Tony is projected healthy for the 2024 season, he is expected to hit in the heart of the order and pitch some big innings out of a very strong Anchors bullpen.
