The clubhouse energy coming into 2026 is really exciting. Guys are showing up every day ready to work and ready to compete. There’s a lot of positive energy, and everyone’s pushing each other to get better. You can feel that excitement building because we know the talent we have in the room. It’s a group that believes in each other, and we’re all really looking forward to getting out there and showing what we can do this season.

The new guys have done a great job coming in and buying into the culture we’ve built here. From day one they’ve been open, working hard, and getting to know everyone in the clubhouse. Our group does a good job of welcoming people and making sure everyone feels like part of the team right away. At the end of the day, everyone’s here for the same goal — to compete, get better, and win games — so it’s been really easy for the new guys to integrate and become part of the culture.

Losing in the championship definitely motivates us coming into this season. It showed us how close we are, but it also reminded us how much work it takes to finish the job. I think the experience made our group hungrier and more focused. A lot of guys learned from that moment, and we’re using it as motivation to push a little harder every day. The goal is to take what we learned from last year, grow from it, and put ourselves back in that position again.
